Apple TV+
To win over one of the biggest names in streaming, there was a lot to do. I began as design director on a brand where details are highly scrutinized in order to win the business. Next I crafted the creative template for use across the account. Then, I transitioned in as an art director to come up with ideas for social launches, red carpet premiers, and teasers for several of Apple TV+’s biggest titles.

Concept for Prehistoric Planet 2 official social teaser
We only had one single asset to work with – the image of the tarchia dinosaur – and had to figure out how to tease an entire season release with it.
The goal was to convey how realistic and documentary-like the show is, due to the use of hyperrealistic CGI.
My concept “Camera Crew POV” adds the camera viewfinder to give the impression that there was actually a camera crew filming these dinosaurs.
To expand the idea throughout the season, we would cast “crew members” and green screen them into a few of the locations to do an “on-set” interview series. They’d be prompted to describe their experience working with the dinosaurs, discussing the challenges of landscape, and more. Each interview would be released alongside the corresponding episode throughout the premiere.
